Library fee for lost or damaged items

This is the payment page for replacement cost fees incurred for lost, damaged, or loaned items not returned after a reasonable time (as indicated on the Library website).
If you lose or damage an item or your loaned item is not returned after a reasonable time you will be charged a replacement fee, per item, of $95. Any lost item processing fees remaining on your account will be waived once the item is returned.
